The biggest win has been locking in the core concept of the 'Gift of Austri' and the Yggdrasil Pathways. I love the idea that Andrew's 'Stone-Sense' and Tessa's 'Harmonic Resonance' are complementary halves of a greater whole... The story is on a strong trajectory, and I'm looking forward to diving back in.
I’m a dreamer
About halfway through, I wrote down the question, 'What inspires you to create?' And as I began thinking of my own answer, tears filled my eyes and started streaming down my face... I found a new determination to embrace the imaginative, creative, goofy dreamer in me... I have dreamt up multiple fantastical stories, worlds, and characters. I’m in the process of writing a fantasy series inspired heavily upon Norse/Viking culture & traditions... I have embraced the dreamer, and will continue to do so for the rest of my life, because of a special woman who saw in me something that i didn’t see in myself.
I'm excited to share the name of the first book in the fantasy series I've been working on in the background for a long time: “The Midgardians and the Nine Realms. Get ready to enter a world where ancient gods are real, hidden realms exist, and silent wars are raging: “The Midgardians and the Nine Realms: The Heartstone’s Fall.”
